Based on this document, in which the years 2019 to 2021 were examined, Gugma Street Kids e.V. is once again recognized as a charitable organization and is therefore entitled to issue donation receipts, which allow the donor to reduce his tax charge.
Letter from the "Oberlandgericht":
Gugma Street Kids e.V. (at that time still "Balay sa Gugma") is certified that we are included in the list of charitable organizations. This means that a judge can decide that a fine as to be paied in favor of Gugma Street Kids e.V.
