

There are many young women and men who have worked as volunteers at Gugma sa Kabataan in the Philippines for several weeks, months or even a year. By this way the could a very valuable support to the project.
But last but not least they got an important experience and deep impressions for themselves. After the return to their home the volunteers remain friends of the project and keep on supporting it.

In the year 2019 the student Amelie Geiger visited the Philippines and also our project. She put here impressions in pictures and texts, resulting in the foto book "The Voyage" and a video clip.
The book was decorated with "Siver" by the German Foto Book Price ("Deutschen Fotobuchpreis") 2020/21.
